We want you to love your Λlo card. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Cards must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
